Job Description

Sales Counselling for North America division for USA/Canada & Training (Test Prep) division, for Jubilee Hills branch.
Achieve weekly/monthly Revenue Targets for enrollments for North America division as a combination of USA Admissions/Training and Canada admission process.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of sales revenues and enrollments to CH-North America, based on Target vs Achievement.
Participate in Sales Outreach activities like conducting Seminars (Purdue NW) in leading colleges/schools as per the Seminars scheduled by Marketing division, and as instructed by reporting manager, from time to time, on case to case basis.
Focus on developing a strategy/plan to increase Undergrad enrollments at Jubilee Hills branch, and coordinate with Marketing and Management for the same on an ongoing basis
Enhance Training (Test Prep) enrollments as a separate target on a monthly basis, and coordinate with the Training division for the same as a day to day function.
Special focus for Premium/VIP enrollment cases and take charge of these cases for Jubilee Hills and additional cases as assigned by CH North America from time to time, in order to achieve set weekly/monthly Targets.
Coordinate with Admissions Team at H.O. regularly daily/weekly basis to ensure customer satisfaction for enrolled students.
Strictly follow company Sales Counselling process while counselling on phone/face to face basis.
Take initiative and suggest and implement cost effective local events, Fair participation at institutions thereby generating new walk in leads (at event) thru internal coordination with Marketing team.
