Job Description

Designation- Sr. Executive/Executive Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Following up with clients by Corporate meetings (Inside office premise only) or by Calling.
Making sales and explaining the potential clients regarding the course.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets of inquiries,admission,conversion ratios and installment collections.
Counseling prospective students/Clients on various Corporate training courses offered.
Giving feedback about the enquiries to the Center Manager.
Making the inquiry & administrated daily reports.
Telephonic follow ups to the walk-ins after the counselling walk-ins,sky-peak counselling, corporate events, corporate meetings,seminars, and webinars.
Talking & Recording references from the inquiries for increasing walk-ins.
Ensuring the Admission, Course fee is deposited on time with accounts.
Mining old inquire for references.
Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business,inquiries, and Admission.
Submit daily , weekly & a monthly report on counselling related activities.
Flexible in working under changing and different work setting.
Do not need to go outside for meeting clients as it is completely in-house counselling profile .
