  • Making outbound calls & convince a positive word of Mouth which brings more potential students enrollment.
  • Handling & resolving queries
  • Counseling of Students ( on phone calls/ face to face) about various courses offered
  • Closing the call after verifying and after seminar, that all questions have been answered.
  • Recording the information physically.
  • Ensuring more & more student are aware of the brand & services offered as per their needs.
