- Following up on leads/ provided by Marketing team
- Counselling prospective students/clients on various corporate training courses.
- Reporting feedback and contact details of each inquiry
- Giving feedback about the inquiries to the center manager
- Making the inquiry & admission related daily reports
- Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counseling walk-ins
- Ensuring the admission, the course fee is deposited on time with accounts
- Mining old inquires for references.
- Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of the business, inquiries, and admissions.
- Submit daily, weekly & a monthly report on counseling-related activities.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, go-getter, pleasant personality
- Relationship management.
- Responsible for business development through concept sales, Cold calling and prospecting over the phone.
- Experience in calling/indirect/ counseling/ sales is preferred
- Work experience in the Education Industry is an advantage
