- This profile requires meeting the students/Customers in the organization or through
- phone and explain them about the courses and Programmes available in the
- Organization based on the candidate Education background.
- Attending the students and brief them about the courses/ training
- program available in the organization.
- Clarifying the students doubts and providing them best career oriented
- courses /training programs.
- Convert the student’s walk-ins to enrollments
- Complete the registration process after the enrollment.
- Making MIS reports, Sales forecast and drafting emails.
- Helping and supporting sales team in order to improve business
- explain the customers - based on product offers/benefits
- promoting the products
- customer follow-up
- feedback - mails/phones (communication channel) Handling the theory session and also practical session.
- Development of courseware, day wise session, course content, lab manuals
- Hierarchical Relationship Reports to “Regional-Manager-Sales”
