Job Description
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor with 6 months to 1 year of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales. The ideal candidate will guide students about suitable academic courses and career paths, helping them make informed decisions about their education.
Key Responsibilities:-
Counsel students and parents on educational programs, courses, and career options.

Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries effectively.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or institutions.

Maintain follow-up with potential students through calls, emails, and messages until enrollment.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/conversion targets.

Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in CRM or database.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).

6 months to 1 year of experience in student counselling, tele-counselling, or academic advising.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
