Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads) and provide accurate information about programs.

Maintain proper records of inquiries and admissions in the system.

Build good relationships with students and ensure a smooth onboarding.

Meet admission and enrollment targets set by the management.

Coordinate with faculty and administration teams regarding student requirements.

Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions.

1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Familiarity with visa procedures and international study options (if applicable).
