EDUCATION COUNSELOR | IMTS INSTITUTE

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive learning experience.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and counselling skills
Strong sales and persuasion abilities
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
