Job Description

Effectively presenting our training programs and career development offerings on calls or online meetings with candidates.

Understand the unique needs of each prospective student and provide customized tele-counselling to help them choose the right program.

Proactively follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, refferals, tele-calling, events, digital & social media leads.

Generating walkins and footfalls to the campus to guide students for their relevant programs.

Maintain the detailed database of leads , follow ups, admissions and feedback using CRM Tools or internal system.

Build strong relationships with students and create a positive enrollment experience through professionalism and trust.

Work together with team and contribute to the teams monthly performance to achieve Targets.
