Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Career Guidance:
- Advise students on suitable courses, universities, and career paths based on their interests and qualifications.
- Provide information on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
2. Admission & Enrollment Support:
- Guide students through the admission process, including application forms and document submission.
- Coordinate with educational institutions for seat availability and admission updates.
- Ensure students complete all required paperwork for successful enrollment.
3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
- Generate and follow up on student inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain and update a database of interested students and track their progress.
- Convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
4. Marketing & Outreach Activities:
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote courses and institutions.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers for referrals.
- Assist in social media marketing, content creation, and promotional activities.
5. Visa & Documentation Assistance (If Applicable):
- Assist students with visa applications, SOP writing, and financial documentation for overseas education.
- Provide guidance on study permits, work options, and accommodation for international students.
