Job Description
Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on architecture entrance exams, eligibility, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
-
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; convert leads into enrollments.
-
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
-
Guide students on exam patterns, portfolio preparation, and architecture career pathways.
-
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and conversions.
-
Collaborate with the academic team to stay updated on exam changes and preparation techniques.
-
Maintain accurate student records and generate reports for management.
-
Participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote awareness of architecture entrance exams.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about education and student guidance.
-
Available to work part-time (3:30 PM – 7:30 PM).

Prior experience in counselling/education sector is an advantage.
