Job Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, competitive education counselor to develop strategies and attract new students. You will be responsible for influencing potential students to enroll in the programs. You will play a key role in increasing admissions.
Job Description:-
Assist prospective students with the admissions and enrolment process.
Ensure contact and follow-up are made with every potential student via telephone, email, or text.
Communicate with new and prospective online students via outbound and inbound call contact.
As a member of a high-performing team, meet performance goals and generates referral activity
Work with a team to ensure student success.
Maintaining Healthy and Cordial Relations with clients.
Keep accurate records of student information observing confidentiality.
Effectively contribute to achieving admissions annual enrolment goals and objectives
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills: -
Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
Highly energetic with a positive attitude
Ability to identify a business opportunity
Strong convincing power
