We are looking for Education Counselor

Job Description:

Making outbound calls & convince a positive word of Mouth which brings more potential students enrollment
Handling & resolving queries
Counseling of Students ( on phone calls/ face to face) about various courses offered
Closing the call after verifying and after seminar, that all questions have been answered.
Recording the information physically.
Ensuring more & more student are aware of the brand & services offered as per their needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have good communication skills
Prior experience of handling calls will be added advantage.
This role is 80 % outbound calls on refined database. & 20 % inbound calls.
Looking for stable candidates who are career oriented.
Minimum Qualification - GRADUATION - Any
working Time: 9.00AM TO 6.30PM (only Day Shift)
