Job Description
- Job Location-Mumbai(borivali)
- Position;- Professional Counselor (Position Reports to Admission Manger)
- Salary : As Per Company Standard
- Primary Responsibilities establishing a relationship of trust and respect with students;
- agreeing a counselling contract to determine what will be covered in sessions (including confidentiality issues);
- encouraging students to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others;actively listening to students concerns and empathising with their position;
- accepting without bias the issues raised by students helping students towards a deeper understanding of their concerns;
- helping students to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward;
- attending supervision and training courses;
- working to agreed targets in relation to admissions contact;
- keeping records and using reporting tools.
- Responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students.
- Student Relationship - Relationship maintenance with existing students, follow up, Guiding to professional to ensure repeat business
- Strong Rapport with Existing and upcoming Professional students
