About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Education Counselor - TeleSales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in choosing the right educational programs while driving sales through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential students via calls to understand their educational needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
Explain program benefits, admission procedures, and fee structures convincingly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent efforts and relationship-building.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum [6] Month of experience in TeleSales / Education Counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Compensation Structure:
First Month: Earnings will be based on a business percentage model (15% of sales commission per sale).
Second Month Onward:
Candidate can opt for a fixed salary based on first-month sales performance.
Alternatively, they can continue on the business percentage model for higher earnings.
Important: If the candidate continues with the business percentage model in the second month, the fixed salary option will not be available in the future.
