Job Description
JD is enclosed with the email and the matrix is as below.
- Working days will be 6 days. (roaster based)
- 10 am to 7 pm will be working hours.
- Performance will be measured based on the number of incoming leads converted and the number of students retained.
- Need to make an average of 70-90 calls per day. Mode of calls - personal phone, with reimbursement upto INR 25k monthly, meanwhile, Exotel is being set up
Fixed component - 17K per month

<40 ISA : Rs 3K
40+ : 6k
60+ : 15k
