Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. CAD and Analysis Design:
1. Collaborate with our engineering team to create 2D and 3D CAD models for various EV components, ensuring accuracy and precision
2. Utilize analysis software to assess the structural integrity and performance of EV components, providing valuable insights and recommendations
B. Project Management:
1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
2. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and contribute to solutions to ensure timely project completion
C. Part Procuring and Material Management:
1. Play a key role in procuring parts and managing materials required for EV component manufacturing
2. Ensure timely acquisition of components and materials while adhering to budget constraints
D. Sourcing of Components:
1. Identify and establish relationships with suppliers for EV components
2. Evaluate potential suppliers for quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
3. Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize procurement processes
E. Manufacturing Follow-Up:
1. Work closely with manufacturing teams to monitor the production of EV components
2. Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to design specifications and quality standards
3. Address any manufacturing issues promptly to maintain production efficiency
