• Topology creation, Diffserv creation, CAC define, port EXP mapping & LIFE XP mapping in ECI NMS.

• Different types of cards & SFP logically assigning to the mux slot port.

• Traffic Migration & Traffic restructuring of rings.

• New NE Uploading in Alcatel & ECI NMS

• NE/UME’s/VNE insertion activity’s in ECI & Alcatel NMS

• Co-ordination with Field team for troubleshooting.

• Tunnels creation in MPLS network and assigning to the services.

• Services creation & modifications in ECI & Huawei NMS

• SDH network alarm monitoring, fault clearance, rerouting and troubleshooting of trails & services in ECI and Huawei NMS.

• Basic knowledge of IP configuration of CISCO routers & switches.

• Basic knowledge of RIP, EIGRP, OSPF & BGP routing protocols.

• Monitors and recommends changes for improvement
