- Should have 1 - 4 years of experience
- Monitoring and Management of Infra devices as per SLA
- Adhere to 24/7 rotational shift roaster
- Experience in Basic Server & Network troubleshooting and handling Infra Management & Helpdesk tasks
- Experience in 24*7 work environment
- Strong in troubleshooting End-user computes (both hardware & software), OS, OEM Application like MS Office, O365, MS Visual Studio, Adobe, Bit locker
- Good in Voice-based Tech Support, ITIL/ITSM process incident, and Service request
- Good in preparing knowledge base Documents & SOP
- Strong in adopting the SLA Governance
