Job Description
- For freshers, need to have worked on projects based on below requirements.
- For 2-4 years of experience candidates, need experience in a product-based company
- Core Java.
- Java network programming.
- Object-Oriented Programming.
- Operating System basics.
- Java web programming.
- Database integration.
- System programming.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience on at-least one Enterprise Communication product (IVR, PBX, CTI).
- You will be joining the core server team and your job will be to accelerate the server side development.
- You will be instrumental in developing new features on our flagship product, Assertion server, and in building connectors that enable Assertion to talk to different third-party systems and derive data from them.

ASSERTION I SmarterHi is a startup focused on Enterprise Security. Our focus customers are very large enterprises (Revenue of $5 Billion or more) or large Contact Centers (More than 5000 employees). We recently received a strategic investment from a Singapore-based firm.
Our flagship product is Assertion, which already has a Global Top-30 bank as a customer, and we are in discussions with some of the largest financial institutions of the world for deploying Assertion.
Assertion helps secure the customer's telephony and communications infrastructure against hacking and misconfiguration.
The team is small now, with a total of 11 employees, but we plan to grow to 20+ within one year. Team members get to work on solid challenges, with cutting-edge technology. Our various team members already have more than a dozen patents and we are planning to file more.
As a funded startup with long-term plans, we plan to be very choosy about who we hire - we are looking for very motivated team-members - people who think long-term, have a strong sense of ownership, and take calibrated risks.
