Job Description
Position: Enterprise Promotion and Capacity Building Coordinator – 02
Qualification & Experience
Relevant University qualification in a Management discipline (Business Administration/Rural Development / Development studies/ entrepreneurship development or equivalent) with at least two (02) years of professional working experience in Rural/Urban development/ Start-ups/ Incubation centre/ MSME sector / etc.
Graduate in any stream with at least three (03) years of professional working experience in the area of microenterprise promotion/working with communities.
Recent pass outs from premier Institutes (IRMA, TISS, EDII, NIRD, XIMB, XISS,DMI, KIITs etc with Post Graduate qualifications may also be considered for the position as trainee.
Experience in micro enterprise promotion or working with community Institutions or promoting collectives/producers’ companies is an added advantage.
The candidate should possess good documentation, reporting and advance presentation skills.
The candidate working in CSR domain will be given preference.
Language proficiency in Odia (must), Hindi and English
Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the overall training and capacity building of entrepreneurs, stakeholders, community institutions for effective implementation of the project.
Support in project implementation and operational management of rural incubation centre at project location.
Preparing capacity building strategy for enterprise promotion through rural area incubation center.
Assist in identification, selection and onboarding of community cadre of resources persons for Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EPs) at grassroots level.
Documentation of best practices, case studies, videos and photos and process related audio visuals for specific business functions.
Ensure time-bound completion of training capacity building programme.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the clients and internal records
Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
Any other task as assigned by the center lead, regional and Head office.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is in between Rs. 23,000- Rs.26,000 per month + Local conveyance +TA/DA + Health and life Insurance coverage as per institute norms
