Job Description

Project Background: Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) is implementing a Project UDYAMEE - “Enterprise Promotion Through Rural Incubation”- an innovative project under the aggies of Community Relation and Sustainability department of Utkal Alumina International Limited, Rayagada to promote enterprise promotion in rural areas. EDII will set up a Rural Incubation Centre to promote aspiring youths as entrepreneurs from both Kashipur block of Rayagada and Thuamul Rampur block of Kalahandi Odisha. The centre would provide end to end solution for enterprise setup stating from it’s inception, execution, marketing, leveraging finance from Formal Financial Institutions, angel funding as well as linking with potential Government Schemes and Subsidies.

1. Position: MIS, Accounting and Admin Coordinator - 01

2. Qualification & Experience

a. Graduate/Masters any stream

b. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in MIS and data management

c. Excellent computer skills like MS Word, Power Point and MS Excel.

d. Good communication skills.

3. Job Description: The key responsibilities include:

a. Assisting in programme management, administration, finances, budgeting, and reporting. Coordination for enterprise wise data collection and reporting from the field on daily basis.

b. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases as per set timelines. Maintain data and share report to the Regional Office , incubation center on routine basis.

c. Maintains cooperative working relationship with all team members. Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the clients and internal records

d. Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. Any other task as assigned by the center lead, regional and Head office.

4. Compensation: The salary range for this position is in between Rs 15,000 -Rs.17,000 Per Month + Local conveyance +TA/DA + Health and life Insurance coverage as per institute norms.

5. Type of Employment : The employment engagement will be on contractual basis. Based on the performance, the employment contract will be renewed and provision of increment will be applicable as per as per institute norms.
