Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Equity Dealer to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders on behalf of clients, providing real-time stock market updates, advising on trading strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
This role requires strong analytical skills, quick decision-making abilities, and an in-depth understanding of financial markets, equity trading, and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Interaction & Trading Execution

Execute buy and sell orders for clients on the stock exchange platform.

Provide real-time market insights, trading tips, and investment advice based on client profiles.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Market Research & Analysis

Monitor stock prices, indices, and market trends continuously.

Analyze financial reports, company performance, and industry news to support trading decisions.

Keep clients informed about market movements, stock recommendations, and investment opportunities.
3. Portfolio Management Support

Assist clients in creating and managing investment portfolios.

Provide guidance on short-term and long-term trading strategies.

Regularly track portfolio performance and suggest necessary adjustments.
4. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company compliance guidelines.

Verify client KYC documents and ensure proper onboarding procedures.

Monitor trades to minimize risk exposure and ensure accuracy in order execution.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate trade records, transaction reports, and client data.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports to the management.

Handle reconciliation of trades and client accounts as required.
Skills & Competencies

In-depth understanding of equity markets, derivatives, IPOs, and investment products.

Proficiency in trading platforms like ODIN, NEST, or similar tools.

Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value transactions accurately.
