Job Location: Pune - Baner
Educational Qualification: BE Chemical /BSC Chemistry/BE Mechanical/BE Environmental/MSC Biotechnology
Experience required: 2-3yrs experience in ETP commissioning. Good understanding of water treatment plants.(Note: Candidates having only STP commissioning experience need not apply.)
Technical Skills:
Good English communication: Written & Oral.
Able to understand ETP flow diagram.
Should be able to commission Biological systems like UASB, Aeration Tank, MBR, MBBR, SBR, etc.
Experience of commissioning UASBR, CSTR is an added advantage.
Should have a customer-oriented approach.
Job Role:
1) To understand the customer’s flow diagram given by the sales team.
2) Interact with clients through emails/phone/WhatsApp for resolution of ETP operation-related issues.
3) Support the sales team in proposal-making for Bioculture products.
4) To connect with the ETP /FTP/ STP plant operator/ in charge after the quotation is approved by the customer & product is dispatched to the client.
5) To support the operator by guiding him on the product usage and keep a track of the case till the complete cycle.
6) Visit the site location to resolve the issues if required.
7) Generate the case studies after commissioning / Troubleshooting of ETP
8) Maintain a good rapport with the clients and give them information about the new products launched by the organization.
9) Job involves making 10-20 phone calls /day to ensure the ETP troubleshooting.
