We are Looking for Europe Counsellor for Vijayawada Location please attend the interviews on Telephonic or Walkin in IVY Overseas Vijayawada Branch
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counselling

Provide accurate and personalized counselling to students seeking higher education opportunities in Europe.

Evaluate the student’s academic background, financial capability, language proficiency, and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities, programs, and countries.

Assist students in understanding the benefits and differences of studying in various European countries (e.g., free education in Germany, English-taught programs in Netherlands, etc.).
2. Admission Process Guidance

Guide students through the complete application process: university selection, documentation, SOPs, LORs, transcripts, and application forms.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of each application in accordance with university guidelines and deadlines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admissions cycles, eligibility criteria, and institutional requirements across Europe.
3. Visa and Compliance Support
-
Provide guidance and support in preparing visa files for Schengen countries (Germany, France, Italy, etc.).

Ensure that students understand and fulfill the visa documentation, financial proof, health insurance, and embassy interview preparation.

Stay informed about changes in visa rules, student residence permits, and post-study work options in Europe.
4. Documentation and Communication
-
Maintain student records and application statuses in CRM or internal software.

Draft and review Statements of Purpose (SOP), resumes, and supporting documents to match university standards.

Communicate regularly with students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to update on progress and next steps.
5. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, admission departments, and embassy contacts.

Attend training sessions, webinars, and university fairs to stay updated with current trends and offerings.

Represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and virtual counselling sessions as required.
6. Team Collaboration
-
Coordinate with internal teams – documentation, finance, visa, and marketing – to ensure smooth student journey.

Share regular updates with the reporting manager and participate in review meetings.

Assist junior counsellors or interns when needed and contribute to knowledge sharing.
