Job Description
Work Profile: Europe Travel Consultant (Full time - Work from Office)
Roles and Duties
• Identify customer requirements and explain about our holiday packages.
• Processing inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Works with customers to identify their needs and inform them of the appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodation.
Basic Requirements:
• Min Qualification – Undergraduate / Graduate
• Must be able to work Mon-Sat ( 10am - 7pm )
• Good communication skills
• Gujarati / Punjabi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada speaking candidates will be an advantage
• Looking for Freshers/Experienced
• Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking European travel packages, including flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and excursions.

Offer expert advice on European destinations, including cities, landmarks, culture, weather, and local experiences.

Create tailor-made itineraries based on client preferences, including luxury, adventure, cultural, or family travel experiences.

Provide recommendations for local guides, experiences, and tours to enhance the travel experience.

Work with travel partners, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure seamless and cost-effective travel arrangements.

Handle inquiries, bookings, and modifications efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients.

Manage travel documentation such as visas, insurance, and necessary permits.

Stay updated on European travel trends, new attractions, events, and regulations to offer clients the latest travel options.

Resolve any travel issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Keep detailed records of bookings, payments, and client preferences to ensure personalized service.
