Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and own the events marketing calendar in collaboration with the marketing manager
2. Prepare a detailed plan for conducting online and offline events like RWAs, sports events, wellness drives, corporate events, flea markets, and other events
3. Work with multiple agencies to produce and execute multiple events and ensure that the right content is delivered at each event
4. Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide a seamless event experience to customers
5. Lead initiatives, take ownership for ensuring high customer engagement
6. Work closely with content marketing, product marketing, and design team to create and design campaigns
7. Own the targets and work with the team to meet these targets every month. Identify opportunities to scale and grow the event marketing program
8. Create event performance reports, analyze them and share the performance learning with the internal stakeholders
9. Collect the feedback and testimonials from the event attendees and take appropriate actions on that
10. Partner with affiliates, agencies, and other companies and explore possibilities to expand the visibility of Deep Rooted.Co in Bangalore and Hyderabad

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 5 to 6 Lac/annum
