Job Description
Job specification:-
- We are looking for young, enthusiastic, self driven, creative thinker and doer.
- Someone who doesn't need to be pushed for a job and who rather motivates a team.
- The role will need person to manage end to end events.
- Which includes pre-event planning and logistics management to managing the event to post event event logistics management.
- Good client management - communication skills will be a benefit
- Science background will be preferred
- Work experience of handling a team will be preferred.
- Knowledge of making videos/ presentations/ other marketing tools will be preferred
- It’s a 6 day working. If due to events Sundays are working , comp off is given is working on a holiday
- Students who want to bring a difference in the way science is taught in India.
- Students who want to contribute towards making this country Free from rote learning
- We have been avoiding working with MBA and other professionals because of the heavy conditioning they come from.
- We are very simple and humble group of people who are in the education industry and are here to bring a difference in the way India learns science.
- Only those people may apply who are not looking for a typical desk/ office corporate job.
- We don't have any tables chairs or desktops in our organisation. We sit down and work on floor with our teachers and children.

Bluesparrow Events is a organisation that believes in alternative science teaching methods. All our teaching learning formats are about hands on teaching. Children douse a fire, pop a bubble or explode a volcano quiet literally in our classes. Children make bridges, tornadoes to learn the science principle. We engage with children through carnivals, preschools, activity centres and direct parent groups in BIRTHDAY PARTIES & CARNIVALS. A typical classroom is packed with energy, flying things in air, exploding lavas and jumping toys !! Leaving the children completely exhilarated with a experience they never had before and leave them wanting for more.

We believe that science can be found in day today life and by asking kids to open a DIY box he bought from the market we end up boxing his mind up in that box. When as adults we buy them such DIY boxes, we reinforce that science is in that box that he buys and cannot be found around him. Sparkles science wants the kids to discover science in his real life and not in a box. Since we want to reach out to as many kids as possible with our limited means the cost of our workshops is much lower than the market. We believe in simplicity of the outward product and depth of content. Our team is very simple and humble group of science enthusiast who really believe to make India 'Free from rote education'.
Unique Organisation structure*
Sparkles Charitable trust is small organisation. To be able to focus on our core job of alternative education, we have tried to keep other jobs like auditing, accounting, HR either outsourced or on part time project based. Research, Operations, Marketing is the core roles that need most of energies to be focused on.We don't have any hirerachy, it's completely a flat matrix organisation, where anyone can directly work with anyone or make suggest changes/ Cross functions and positions and businesses. It helps the organisation to manage with least manpower cost and bring more rounded experience to each role.
Our Organisation structure is such planned that most of our staff is outsourced. We are 7 full timers and our full front end staff (15 presenters) who deliver the service is part timer on freelance/work from home/ part time / contracts. The accounting/auditing, graph is outsourced.
