GL accounting and reconciliation
Managing all tax related activities such as Income Tax/ Professional Tax, F&F, salary payments, tax perquisites, etc.
Liaise with auditors for statutory and tax audit.
Payroll processing, bank transactions and payments such as Salary payments, F & F Payments, Statutory payments, etc.
Liaise with the actuary and handling the actuarial valuation process independently.
Filing of IT returns (e-TDS) and providing Tax certificate (Form16) to employees.
To ensure statutory compliances in all related areas.
Suggest and work together with other functions like accounting and controlling team on various payments and schedule of GL accounting, accounting of all various expenses related to payroll.
Managing all tax related transactions in SAP HR.
Preparation of Remuneration of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel.
Managing debit / credit notes for intercompany transactions.
