Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate day to day activities and other related work
2. Maintain calendar, plan, and schedule meetings and appointments
3. Handle travel arrangements - itinerary, tickets, hotel reservations, visa arrangements
4. Organize external business meetings, seminars & conferences
5. Take dictation, drafting minutes of the meetings, circulars, agreements, and other correspondence
6. Maintain all records and documents and scanning documents
7. Handle all confidential correspondence for the proprietor
8. Answer calls for the proprietor and reply to emails
9. Coordinate effectively with managers
10. Maintain systematic record-keeping of client database, DSC list, etc.
11. Make PowerPoint presentations for various seminars and conferences
12. Oversee administrative policies within an organization and within the office
13. Conduct research and data analysis
14. Manage monthly payments and receipt of bills and maintain invoices & outstanding summary
