Role: Executive Assistant Intern - FRESHERS ONLY(Recent College Passouts)

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Job Type: Full Time Internship

CTC: Applicable after 2 Months of unpaid Training &  Internship.

CTC Starting from third month: 1.5 Lakhs per Annum.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the executive team with daily tasks and projects

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements

• Conduct research and data entry tasks as needed for software development

• Maintain organized files and databases

• Assist with special projects and initiatives

• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team

• Provide general administrative support to the team

• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and presentations

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
