About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conserving founder's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications
2. Maintaining the founder's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
3. Drafting emails and messages at a corporate level
4. Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information
5. Completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
6. Maintaining office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
