Job description:

• Provide administrative support including screening of telephone calls, taking messages and managing email account.
  
• Scheduling meeting, record and distribute meeting minutes, checking and writing emails, drafting correspondence, document editing, and research. 
• Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence.
  
• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  
• Responsible for coordinating and maintaining relations with advisory board members by acting as the focal point person for on-going communications.
  
• Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
  
• Prepare general correspondences, memorandums, reports, schedules, purchase orders and other materials from rough draft, copy, marginal notes or verbal instruction.
  
• Answer correspondence as directed by director and maintain confidential information of directors
  
• Perform multi-pragmatic tasks successfully.
  
• Operate standard office equipment to include word-processing and data processing equipment, copiers, laminators, etc.
  
• Comply with and support the organization and division regulations and policies.
  
• Having knowledge of MS office ,Google sheet/Drive
  
• Work timings: 9:30 am-6:00 pm .
  
• Mon-Saturday
