Job Description:
- Handle resident representatives from various districts.
- To collect the database received from the advertising team after ad
- posts in the respective district.
- To make calls to all the individuals mentioned in the list for an
- interview.
- Arrange & assist the recruitment meeting of the representative.
- Follow up with those who didn't seem convinced over telephone call
- within 48hrs.
- Get the necessary documents filed by those who have been selected.
- Arrange a Training session maximum in 5 working days in order to
- start work Cold calling to the candidates
- Provide the Resident representative module post training of the
- respective district.
- Check with the resident representative in the next 48hrs regarding
- any questions or doubts regarding the product or process
- Answer any queries of the regarding the work allotted.
- Analyze sales on a daily basis of the respective districts allotted.
- Keep a track of start to end delivery of the products to the consumers.
- Able to Speak English, Hindi & Telugu fluently.
- Enthusiastic.
- Willing to learn and deliver.
- Team Player.
- Multi –Tasking
