Executive Customer Retention Marketing CRM
Job Description
1. Execute campaigns to enhance customer lifecycle customer value, through retention marketing initiatives
2. Liaise with CRM platforms and solution providers to ensure that campaign deliverable is achieved
3. Collaborate with product managers and business counterparts to get the retention marketing KPIs achieved month on month
4. Execute monthly weekly and daily CRM campaigns
5. Ensure that the reporting cadence with various platforms for retention campaigns is followed
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Engineering, finance, product, business teams, etc.
7. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including platforms, vendors, etc.
8. Work with the design and creative team to ensure that the campaigns are executed timely and achieve the brand KPIs
9. Execute multiple campaigns across email, app, and web notifications and SMS
10. Create data cohorts and use insight mining to execute campaigns and bring effective and efficient results
11. Execute email marketing and app re-engagement campaigns
12. Create campaign reports with attribution tracking and campaign deliveries
13. Work on agency and experience execution of CRM and retention marketing campaigns

4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have one to four years of experience as a CRM professional
2. Must know email marketing (Kenscio, Mail chimp, etc.), app and web re-engagements platforms, including CleverTap, Web Engage, etc.
