Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for solving around 80 to 90 transactions a day
  • Ensure to meet all the SLAs set for Calls/Emails/Chat threads
  • Coordinate with teams like brand management, PO team etc to make sure that we provide accurate information to the customer
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Skills & Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in any domain
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer service role
  • Good command over written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
