least 5 years experience should have been in a high responsibility in Power
Transmission in a position of Superintending Engineer and above out of which at
least 1 year as a Chief Engineer (Trans)

Experience : 1) Minimum 15 years experience in the Power
Sector. 2) At least 5 years experience should have been in a high
responsibility in Power Transmission in a position of Superintending Engineer
and above out of which at least 1 year as a Chief Engineer (Trans).
Desirable : 1) 3 years’ Experience in System Planning i.e.
CEA/CTU/STU OR System Operations i.e. LDC (National/Regional /State) in the
post of SE/CE. 2) Experience in the field of Renewable Energy Management at above
mentioned levels. 3) Ph.D/M.S./M.E. or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Pay Scales : The selected candidate will be drawing salary
in the pay scale of Rs. 48890-2150-94040/-.
Age Limit : The maximum age limit for all candidates will
be 59 years. Date of birth as per SSC/School leaving certificate should be
mentioned in the Application Form. The age will be considered as on 28.02.2019.
Application Fee :
The Candidates shall furnish application fee of Rs. 800/- in the form of Demand Draft (Having CTS Code) payable to
the “Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd.” drawn on any
Nationalized Bank payable at Mumbai. The candidate should write his / her Full
Name & Post Applied on the backside of Demand Draft.
Methodology of Selection : Normally Competency Mapping Test will be conducted for selection process which will comprise of In-Basket Exercises, Group Discussion, Case Discussion, Presentation Skill and Personal Interview. However, which selection process is to be adopted will be at the absolute discretion of the Company and the decision of the Company in this regard shall be final.
