Role Summary:We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Executive - Finance and Accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. This role offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities
Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities
B.Com / M.Com from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum
