Job Description
- Urgent Opening/Bulk Hiring for Fresher’s – Process Associates & Sr. Process Associates
- (Outbound Domestic Stock Market Process)
- The candidate is required to make the calls to customer and provide them the required information.
- The candidate should be able to understand the clients queries, have convincing skills with good communication skills.
- Ability to convert leads for closures.
- Candidate will be responsible for generating leads for opening Trading Account via Outbound Calls.
- Responsible for achieving business goals as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Conduct lead generation activities with CRM.
- To do cross selling for other financial product like - Mutual Fund, PMS, IPO’s.
- To achieve sales & customer acquisition target on MOM Basis.
- Planning and execution of sales pitch.
- Providing Advisory services to the new and existing clients & to maintain strong relationship.
- Level 1 candidates has to report to their sub ordinates Level 2.
- Note : Required Fresher’s with Qualification - 12th /Graduates only.
- Upto 6 Months Experienced can also Apply.
- Candidates having certification – NISM Can Also Apply.
- No Field Sales, Only Inside Sales
- Salary: Rs. 9,000– 13,000 Per Month + Incentives Upto 3-Times(3x) of Salary Based on Performance.
