Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: ○ Identify and research potential clients using various sources such as online tools, databases, and
networking. ○ Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities. ○ Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining fit with company offerings. 2. Sales Pipeline Management: ○ Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring all leads and interactions are
tracked. ○ Follow up on leads promptly and regularly to ensure they move through the sales funnel. ○ Maintain a high level of activity, including making multiple touch points per day to prospective
clients. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: ○ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. ○ Present and articulate product offerings in a clear and compelling manner to prospective clients. ○ Conduct product demos and virtual meetings to address client questions and showcase solutions. 4. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth: ○ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent effort and strategic
planning. ○ Work collaboratively with the sales team to create strategies for closing business deals. ○ Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance and activity metrics.○ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential
opportunities. ○ Gather and share feedback from prospects to help improve product offerings and sales strategies. ○ Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
