Dropshipping & E-Commerce Sales Representative (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation)

Job Type:Full-Time
Shift:Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days:Monday – Friday
Salary:Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview & skillset)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to conduct outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and sell our dropshipping and e-commerce service packages to U.S.-based clients.
This position involves identifying prospects, presenting service offerings, and closing sales over the phone.

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects including e-commerce sellers, freelancers, Amazon operators, and small business owners.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, referral outreach, and follow-ups.

Present and sell dropshipping/e-commerce service packages including store setup, sourcing, automation, order fulfillment, and ongoing support.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service plans.

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead pipelines.

Schedule consultations or demos with senior sales representatives when needed.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, outbound calling, call centers, or lead generation (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Knowledge of e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
