Job Description

• Responsible for undertaking area survey under supervision of BM and conduct Area meeting in new areas with BM

• Responsible for group formation, centre formation, maintaining group discipline to make group training on timely basis

• Responsible for collection of repayment on timely and treat the customer with good manner and respect

• Interact with BM on daily basis and compulsorily attend the Staff meeting at the branch

• Responsible & Maintain center size more than 10 to 12 members

• Achieving and managing portfolio at 100% on-time repayment rate. Sourcing genuine customers with genuine KYC

• Responsible for collection of repayment on timely and treat the customer with good manner and respect
