Job Description
Drafting, review & analysis of various commercial contracts & agreements in domestic as well as international transactions.
Preparation of para wise comments on legal notice/case, co-ordinate with internal departments for para wise comments and collections of relevant documents.
Follow up with external counsel on legal notices/litigation matters and update status to management.
Advising on legal matters/disputes.
Attending Litigation Cases on Behalf of the Organization.
