Job Description
Job objectives:
- Establish / maintain office inventory, Provide general support to visitors
- Order office supplies and consumables and manage stock control and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide ad-hoc admin support
- Walk the floor/s and inspect IT Infrastructure are up to date, general housekeeping standards are in place, furniture and machines are in working order; time management;
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of IT assets
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems
- Install and test computer-related equipment
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external vendors
- Working knowledge of all IT processes and roles;
- Facilitate assistance in IT issues;
- Assist with coordination of facilities for all new starters including PC/laptop, phones, SIM card and other office accessories.
- We are looking for a Young and Energetic Graduate who has:
- Knowledge of OS like windows, ubuntu etc shall be preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Should be based from Mumbai preferably.
- Experience: 0 to 6 months of relevant experience.
