Job objectives:

  • Establish / maintain office inventory, Provide general support to visitors
  • Order office supplies and consumables and manage stock control and research new deals and suppliers
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support
  • Walk the floor/s and inspect IT Infrastructure are up to date, general housekeeping standards are in place, furniture and machines are in working order; time management;
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of IT assets
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
  • Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems
  • Install and test computer-related equipment
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external vendors
  • Working knowledge of all IT processes and roles;
  • Facilitate assistance in IT issues;
  • Assist with coordination of facilities for all new starters including PC/laptop, phones, SIM card and other office accessories.
  • We are looking for a Young and Energetic Graduate who has:
  • Knowledge of OS like windows, ubuntu etc shall be preferred
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Should be based from Mumbai preferably.
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Location: Mumbai
