Job Overview:
An Executive – Parts Contracts is responsible for managing contracts related to spare parts procurement, vendor coordination, pricing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves supplier management, contract execution, cost control, and inventory coordination to support smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management & Negotiation
✅ Draft, review, and manage contracts related to spare parts procurement.
✅ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
✅ Ensure contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination
✅ Identify and onboard reliable suppliers for spare parts.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
✅ Resolve supplier disputes and coordinate contract renewals.
3. Procurement & Inventory Management
✅ Work closely with the procurement team to ensure parts availability.
✅ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
✅ Ensure timely replenishment of spare parts to avoid shortages.
4. Cost Analysis & Budgeting
✅ Evaluate cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
✅ Monitor contract performance and ensure budget adherence.
✅ Prepare reports on cost efficiencies and procurement trends.
5. Compliance & Documentation
✅ Ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines for contracts.
✅ Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reporting.
✅ Keep track of warranty and service agreements.
