Job Description
Looking for Executive / Senior HR Executive for Corporate Hiring Team (1+yrs with strong communication skills ) . A person need’s to be hands on Naukri and linkedin . Freshers are welcome to apply. This is work from office, night shift position. Experience of call center/ BPO/Shared services would be an added advantage. You can share your profile.
Job Profile includes but not limited to: -
1) Talent Acquisition, Hiring, Recruitments, Campus Hiring, onboarding, Induction (70%)
2) Employee Relations, Communication, Grievance handling & conflict management (30%)
Candidate must have high proficiency in spoken English language
This is work from office, flexi shift including working in night shifts
Shared services, Call centre, BPO experience would be an added Advantage
