Job Description
Job Role: Executive/ Sr. Executive- Retail leasing
Candidates are required to do market mapping.
Candidates are required to prepare business development proposals for clients.
Sourcing of real estate inventory.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deal.
Skills:
Must have a bachelors degree.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.
Candidate should have good presentation skills.
Candidate should be open to travel.
A minimum of 1 year experience is preferred, Freshers can also apply.
