Job Summary:
The Executive – Steward plays a key role in delivering a clean, organized, and high-quality dining experience for guests. This role is responsible for ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, assisting in food service, handling crockery and cutlery, and maintaining hygiene standards.
An Executive Steward may also lead junior stewards or support the stewarding supervisor in coordinating back-of-house activities. This is a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency in restaurants, hotels, banquets, or large kitchens.
