Job Description
Job Summary:
The Executive – Steward plays a key role in delivering a clean, organized, and high-quality dining experience for guests. This role is responsible for ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, assisting in food service, handling crockery and cutlery, and maintaining hygiene standards.
An Executive Steward may also lead junior stewards or support the stewarding supervisor in coordinating back-of-house activities. This is a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency in restaurants, hotels, banquets, or large kitchens.
2.Guiding guest with best recommendations of food & beverages orders
3.Ensuring they enjoy their meal and time at the restaurant with good memories.
4.Ensuring of upselling and giving customers with a great service and food experience.
5.Ensure all the stocks for dine in & deliveries are in place along with your team mates
6.Ensure the outlets is clean and neat all time for all guest anytime.
7Ensure the inventory, indent, closing stocks & wastages are recorded properly
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of basic kitchen cleaning techniques and tools

Familiarity with dishwashing machines and chemicals

Understanding of waste segregation and hygiene procedures

Ability to handle fragile and heavy utensils with care
Soft Skills:

Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift during long shifts

Good team player with discipline and time management

Polite, cooperative, and responsive to guest and team needs

Basic communication in English or local language
