Job Description
Position of Extension Assistant in Mansa District
Applications are invited for one position of Extension Assistant on contractual basis at a fixed salary of Rs.25,000/- p.m. (for M.Sc. degree holders) and Rs.30,000/- p.m. (for Ph.D. degree holders) in Mansa District under the scheme entitled 'Facilitating Effective Functioning at PAU, Misc-8 (PC-4715)”.
Essential Qualifications: B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 or 60% marks.
M.Sc. in any branch of Agriculture with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.
Must have passed Matric level certificate of Punjabi language of Punjab School Education Board or any other recognize board (as first or second language).
Note: The candidate who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D. in the discipline required at Master’s level shall be eligible for the post.
