Profile of Factory Manager Required

Only Male staff are required for this position.

Responsible for overseeing the performance delegating tasks to workers and ensuring that the factory targets are met. You should also maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate good leadership abilities.

You should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and also have phenomenal managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

With complete knowledge of computers, should have two-wheelers including driving license.

Should be capable of speaking good English, Tamil and Hindi would be an added benefit.

Planning factory daily routines, supervising the factory workers on the production floor, and developing strategies to increase productivity and production.

Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations.

Assigning tasks to the factory staff and resolving factory-related issues.

Preparing production schedules and reports and presenting them to the higher management.

Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes.

Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees.

Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve.

Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.

Requirements:

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a similar field. You should also have knowledge of various safety management systems.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment.

Ability to multitask, and to solve complex problems.

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Good analytical and leadership skills, and strong management skills.

Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.

Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met.

In-depth knowledge of the industry and its place on the market.

Age limit - upto 55
